- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is higher than most. I do not haggle. I offer a fair adjustment if needed based on the conditions of the home. I have no desired to price match or be competitive. My skill set would not be Apple to Apple with another pro I am confident in saying that. If you’re looking for quality and want to ensure value from your money spent you have to invest accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quickly asses the home and the energy of the client to create an action plan. My first question is what will it take to have this room rise to greet you as you walk in? Customizing the action plan to needs of the client project and finding where the priorities are. Everyone has a different idea of what needs immediate attention, what area is commonly used more and what doesn’t need time given to. Knowing this is detrimental in creating client satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed college level Executive Housekeeping Training. I have cleaned every type yof space from luxury residential homes, Airbnb vacation rentals, move outs, move ins and hotels. I have a specific process that speaks volumes in the overall outcome. I consistently listen to my clients. I learn new and improved techniques to work smarter!
