- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a basic estimate based on information the client has provided by phone or email. I then like to meet with the client to make sure I have a complete understanding of the clients needs, and make sure the needs are within my companies reach. I will then issue a final quote and make sure the client understands what work we will be completing and where their money is going to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received over 2,000 hours of documented training in various aspects of property maintenance and preservation. Transcripts are available upon request.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked directly with private property owners, renters and commercial clients as well as many mortgage companies and brokering firms in California and Arizona. References are available upon request.
