- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on volume, weight, and labor required. All quotes are transparent and include hauling and disposal—no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for curbside pickups, repeat customers, and bundled removals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer reaches out with details or photos of what needs to be removed. I provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule a pickup time that works best for them. On the day of service, we handle all the lifting, loading, cleanup, and proper disposal—no stress for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in logistics, hauling, and property cleanouts. I’ve built this business by learning proper lifting techniques, safe hauling practices, local disposal regulations, and customer service standards to ensure every job is done efficiently and responsibly.
