I hired Kristal for our engagement party and I’m so happy we did! She was very professional and friendly to work with! Kristal was amazing! We hired her to take photos for my daughters quinceñera. She did a location shoot for our formal family photos a month before the event and then candids at the event. Her pricing was great and the photos were spectacular!!! Would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that planning a wedding + trying to coordinate vendors you love and stick within a budget can be a challenge! I never want price to be the reason I miss out on a couple that would have been an awesome fit! For that reason-- my pricing is very flexible. I want each package to be customized to fit YOUR photo needs. Please don't ever hesitate to let me know if a price is "almost right" for your budget and I will do my best to make it work whenever possible. Pricing should never be what keeps you from having wonderful memories!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've decided to move forward with booking together we begin with the boring (but important!) stuff-- I require a booking deposit to hold your date and we sign a quick contract via docusign that just outlines the agreement and makes certain we both understand and are comfortable with the terms. From there we start with the fun stuff! I love having the opportunity to get to know all of my clients, and to learn about the little details that will make their day special. My involvement is totally individualized for each client, some prefer frequent communication and exchanges of photo inspiration, whereas others prefer the comfort of knowing I have everything handled in the photo department and they can direct their attention to other details. Either way, I really enjoy being part of the special moments that make your wedding day yours!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a photographer since I was a little girl. I started taking pictures of flowers and my dogs since before I can remember. I asked for a camera every year for Christmas and just could never get enough of taking pictures - I honestly still can't. I always wanted to be a photographer, but it seemed too good to be true to do something I loved so much and actually get paid for it. I finally took that leap, and am so glad I did. I am truly living my dream and the quality of your photos will reflect that!
