My Kenmore Elite refrigerator broke down last Friday night so I immediately went to the Thumbtack website to get help early Saturday morning. I left an Inquiry for ISO Appliance Repair and was immediately contacted by Alexander. Even with this short notice, he promptly arrived at my home at 10:30 AM and did a thorough diagnostic on my refrigerator. Unfortunately, it needed a new compressor so he provided a quote and told me he would get right back to me once the part was available. He and an associate arrived this past Tuesday afternoon and installed the compressor. The refrigerator, freezer and icemaker are all working great now! I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and the thorough inspection he did to diagnose the problem.
