First timer on Thumbtack-what a Great experience with ISO Appliance Repair! We thought we would troubleshoot our LG front load washer ourselves and quickly realized we needed a pro..I’m so glad we chose the right company the first time! Impeccable service from beginning to end! Quick response to my request for a diagnostic call and was able to come out same day. Oleksandr (I hope I spelled that correctly), was courteous, well dressed, knowledgeable, respectful and took the time to explain what, why, and how he was going to fix our drainage problem-turns out we needed a pump replaced. He immediately gave us a reasonable all inclusive price and even had the part with him! A little while later, he had our washer working & life is good! We read all the 5 star reviews and they are 100% well deserved. Next time, ISO is going to be our first call!

I made one post here on Thumbtack yesterday afternoon. Alexander responded, almost immediately. We scheduled him to arrive this morning. He came. Did a thorough assessment. I forgot to mention our range was gas, not electric. It didn't matter, Alexander identified why both ovens on my double-oven stove were not working. He had the parts with him and I don't think he was at our home 2 hour. He's professional, pleasant to have around and he knows what he's doing. I have put his business card on the inside door of one of our kitchen cabinets, "just in case" any other appliance needs servicing. ISO will be the only place I call.
