Alexander (not sure of spelling), called less than 5 minutes of putting the job on Thumbtack. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He had replacement parts with him and was able to fix my old Whirlpool dryer. Unfortunately, we will need to purchase a new washer. However, he immediately offered to refund half of the amount since the washer was still acting up. I would recommend Alexander to all my friends for any appliance repairs. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
