Oleksandr is the ultimate repair person. Within one minute of contacting Thumbtack for an Appliance repair referral, he texted me and gave me a personal phone call. I was shocked. The response was so quick. I bet he beats everyone on Thumbtack. I have a double stacked washer and dryer. One of my dryers stopped heating although it was spinning. I always get nervous when I have an appliance go out because I see dollar signs going down the drain. I told Oleksandr the issue and also told him that I was on Social Security, and as a single woman, I did not want to be taken advantage of as other repairman have. He told me not to worry about that. He discussed what he believes could be possible issues and gave me a ballpark price over the phone. He was immediately available and could be at my home in Carlsbad right after his current appointment. He believed that he could fix the problem the same day as he has many Samsung OEM parts in his car. He showed up within 1.5 hours with a big smile. So warm and friendly, knowledgeable, strong, and competent. I watched him put on his little booties as he climbed up on a garage workbench to tear apart my dryer. He performed a couple tests and he determined the coils were bad. He had them in his car. He quickly installed them. and let me vacuum out the lint in my dryer while it was open. He put everything back together and tested the unit to verify it was working. From the time I found out I had a problem to when the problem was solved was 2 1/2 hours…that is amazing to me. I was so happy as if it was Christmas. Next, I brought him into my kitchen to look at the broken door seals of my LG refrigerator and he figured out the correct replacement seals I needed and will come back to install those. Oleksandr is smart, younger and a real go-getter. It’s no wonder he has all five star reviews. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I am going to be a loyal devoted groupie of ISO Appliance Repair. I’ve already told three friends about him and his great service. Now I don’t have to get a stomach ache when an Appliance breaks. I’ll just give Oleksandr a call. I wish he could solve all my other problems with such ease and grace. Where have you been all my life?

Alexander from ISO was great ! Received a call next minute I put the request !!! Came on time and was very thorough with his fix for the dryer ! Very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely re-hire him for any repairs in the future!
