I originally hired VIP General Contractor for two-bathroom remodels, but after seeing firsthand the exceptional quality of their work, I quickly trusted them with additional scope as our project turned into a full home renovation. The work expanded to include skim-coated drywall, interior and exterior painting, installation of door and door jambs, baseboards, and kitchen backsplash. VIP managed everything seamlessly and professionally.From start to finish, the team exceeded expectations. Victor, Jaime and their crew are reliable, highly skilled and excellent communicators! Most importantly, they truly stand behind the quality of their work. I felt completely comfortable trusting them in my home; they were respectful, professional, and treated my home as if it were their own.VIP treated me like a VIP. They knew my goal was to finish the renovations in time to host Christmas Eve dinner for my extended family in my new home, and they made it happen. From the smallest detail to overall construction issues, Victor Pilar was available and beyond valuable for decision making. His workers were on the job virtually every day, sometimes working late and over the weekend. Our project, a room extension and bathroom addition to the front of our home, went up quickly. His workers a were a pleasure to have on our property, and so skilled professionally. Cleanup was amazing. We had workers here yesterday, well after final payment, to fine tune a couple of small details. Victor literally scoured Southern California to find matching roof tiles so the addition would blend in. Victor and his crew have our highest recommendation .This company did a second renovation for us, an entire kitchen remodel. Excellent price. Done in ONE MONTH. Lovely workers to have on site. Victor is a problem solver and really cares that you are happy with every detail. If SIX stars were possible, that would be my rating! See last two photos. Beautiful job.

Victor and his team were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, efficient and timely. He helped with over a dozen recessed light installation and significant dry wall patching and painting. I appreciated the level of service and communication. He set the expectation upfront and delivered. I appreciated the great work also! I would definitely recommend for future remodeling projects and would use him again.
