Christine and her staff with Enjoy Dining In did an amazing job preparing, cooking and serving at our annual "Big Red Wine Party." We had large format wines and eight wonderful tastes prepared and served over a period of 4-5 hours for 18 people. This was the first year that we were able to enjoy our own party as Christine took care of everything food related for us including pouring wines and water throughout the night. Christine was very easy to work with. She was communicative, punctual, professional, and she is a great chef. She cooked for a steak dinner for 14 guests in a small clubhouse. Christine catered our son's baptism reception for 20-25 people and we were very pleased with her service. She was very responsive throughout the process and met with us in advance to discuss our menu and our needs. Likewise, her cooking was excellent and our guests gave us many compliments on the food. She also helped clean up and so there was very little for us to do after the event was over. We're very happy that we hired Christine to cater our event. Everything turned out wonderfully and it was well worth the cost.Jun 14, 2019
I have had the pleasure multiple times of experiencing the delectable, clean, artful food created by chef Chris McMaster of Enjoy Dining In. Her professionalism is top notch and she communicates regularly to ensure the dishes she creates and delivers are spot-on and timely delivered and served. I love that Enjoy Dining In offers many vegan and vegetarian dishes. My daughter had a birthday party and she is vegetarian and has friends who are also as well as vegan. Chris created a wonderful vegan Mediterranean meal that was super tasty, varied, and presented beautifully. I've been to a few dinner parties and events that Enjoy Dining In cooked for and they delivered amazing dishes like vegan tamales, salmon in a flaky pastry crust with bechamel sauce, and a wonderful green curry with steak filet. I've enjoyed many of their vegan desserts that you wouldn't know were vegan; Chris insists there is no dairy in her vegan desserts and it seems like magic how rich they are. I especially enjoyed the raw apple torte with a vegan whipped topping and a chocolate mousse pie with a gluten free crust. Both were super delicious! The quality, presentation, taste, and options as well as the wonderful service and the personal attention to the event are worth the price! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price out for each client individually depending on the number of guests, the menu chosen, whether service is needed during the event or if drop off is requested. After a detailed phone conversation or email I can best quote my bid for the request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The more specific a client can get about what they want for the food and food service for their event the better I can give them a quote. I usually ask a few questions before creating a custom menu for them to choose from for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied at a small university in Aix en Provence in the South of France. They offered studies of French cuisine and I emphasized this in my studies. Now I mostly travel a lot and taste and take course in the cuisines I love. I've been cooking for people for over 20 years .
