Organizing all kinds of spaces , de cluttering, junk removal,donation drop offs ,packing and unpacking , moving as well as deep cleaning of tile/ grout , all stone surfaces ,and sealing. Looking forward to work with you and to make you happy ! Garage Organzing $75/hour/person. Home organizing $60/hour/person. Packing unpacking $65/hour/person. Notes: * 2 people labor , to cut the time in half * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off * Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($350min/day) * Weekends higher hourly rate * Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste service as well

Shanti and Nicola were patient and helped the homeowner sort through the garage and preserve them most sentimental items. Shanti and Nicola addressed the rodent issues and sanitized the items kept.
