We pay attention to details and focus on doing the best for our clients, providing a long lasting final product. Organizing all kinds of spaces , de cluttering, junk removal,donation drop offs ,packing and unpacking , moving as well as deep cleaning of tile/ grout , all stone surfaces ,and sealing. Looking forward to work with you and to make you happy ! Garage Organzing $75/hour/person. Home organizing $65/hour/person. Packing-unpacking $65/hour/person. Notes: * 2 people labor , to cut the time in half * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off * Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($350min/day) * Weekends higher hourly rate * Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste service as well *last minute cancellation fee $120

Shanti and Nico were absolutely amazing! They helped me declutter and reorganize both my garage and several areas inside my home, and the difference is incredible. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very easy to work with. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just organize my belongings—they took the time to understand my space and offered practical storage solutions that will help me stay organized long after they leave. They worked efficiently, made great use of the space I already had, and helped turn previously cluttered areas into functional, organized spaces. Shanti and her husband did an incredible job transforming our garage. They dedicated an entire day to the project, finally crossing off a task I’d been putting off for months. Everything looks fantastic, and the space is now completely clean and organized. They went above and beyond by handling the donation of items we no longer needed and taking care of all the trash removal. I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Shanti and Nico! They quickly understood our goals and needs and worked so well with both my husband and me. In just one day, they unpacked and organized our entire garage, all of our bathrooms, and our primary closet — we were amazed by how much they accomplished! They also provided thoughtful storage solutions and went to the store to purchase the organizational items we needed, which made the whole process incredibly easy. We are thrilled with the results and will absolutely have them back to tackle a few other areas of our home. We highly recommend Shanti and Nico to anyone looking for help getting their home organized!

Shanti and Nicola tackled a garage for the homeowner that had accumulated 40 years of memories in her garage. Shanti and Nicola were patient and helped the homeowner sort through the garage and preserve them most sentimental items. Shanti and Nicola addressed the rodent issues and sanitized the items kept. Homeowner has scheduled additional time to help with the rest of the home.
