I am also an OnSite warranty technician for several brands, including Lenovo/IBM, Dell, HP.
As a warranty technician I mostly have to repair hardware components of a PC, run the tests and if everything is fine, my work is done leaving to the customer to deal with their applications and data,
While this is mostly acceptable for an IT department, it is not for a end user.
