- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer monthly service plans that start at $44:00 and every two month plans that start at $64:00 or even an every three month plan that starts at $84:00 all these prices are for homes up to 2000 square feet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out particular needs of our customers and prescribing a solution that is actually going to address and solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing education annually and all employees are licensed through the structural pest control board.
