I was looking to treat some bees under my shed. David reach out to me vice the Thumbtack suggestions. David was very timely in our correspondence through Thumbtack messaging. Very direct and to the point. He answered all my questions with no vagueness or questionable ambiguity. His brother Brian came to treat the house. First he showed up early, to get right to business. Afterwards he politely and passionately answered all my questions with clear, articulate responses. I was rather impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He wasted not time at all and clearly stated the warranty of his work. Glad I found these fellas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer monthly service plans that start at $44:00 and every two month plans that start at $64:00 or even an every three month plan that starts at $84:00 all these prices are for homes up to 2000 square feet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out particular needs of our customers and prescribing a solution that is actually going to address and solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing education annually and all employees are licensed through the structural pest control board.
