Molding or baseboards,
Brandon came on SUNDAY to help me out. Such a fine Handyman and so professional. Had all his own tools and was knowledgeable. Found him to be meticulous in his work. Great handyman with integrity. The best.Sep 15, 2019Verified
Like other reviewers said, if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Brandon and Chris showed up on time and got right into the project. They did so with professionalism and care for my home and my daughter. I actually cried a bit when they completed the job because I was so touched. I’m a single mom, not knowing who will arrive at the door and if there going to take advantage of us and this project reminded me that there are good, honest hard working people out there. I will never look for another handyman again as we’ve found our permanent Pro team! I highly highly highly suggest you call Done Right for your project! I promise you will not be disappointed.Oct 12, 2019Verified
Brandon did an outstanding job for me. He is professional and punctual. We ran into a hiccup with my kitchen cabinet project where the parts I ordered didn’t fit, he didn’t hesitate to resolve the problem and went to the hardware store to find the right item. I have found a handyman I can trust for jobs in my property. Highly recommend.Sep 21, 2019Verified
This is my third project with Brandon and his team, and as always they do excellent work. He is a true professional that takes pride in his work. I don’t even need to post anymore handyman projects because he is our official handyman. You can’t go wrong selecting him. There’s a reason why he’s rated as one of the star performers in this site.Nov 24, 2019Verified
Brandon is awesome! I had him hang 4 large mirrors, 3 framed art work pieces and a couple minor things. He was extremely thorough with his measurements and checking in with me to make sure everything was as I wanted it. Being a Professional Organizer by trade, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m picky with the work done in my home. Done Right did not disappoint! I’m thrilled to finally have a handyman who does quality work.Dec 21, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically, my price is $75 per hour for Handyman type work (most work falls under this category) billed in half-hour increments with a minimum charge of $99 for the first service. ***Update*** Thank you everyone for your inquiries and jobs! All of your business forced me to hire a full time man to help me! I price the two of us at $100 per hour, total, for Handyman work. This actually saves money for you. We get more than twice the work done in half the time... However, if for any reason you would like me to work by myself at the single rate I will happily oblige. Thank You! for taking the time to read this section. More significant or complex jobs can be priced at a fixed cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I try to get back to everyone asap. However, actually doing work myself can make this difficult at times. Second, I listen. I do my best to interpret what the customer really wants. Third, I try to get my new clients scheduled ASAP. Sometimes the same day. Finally, if everything is agreeable, Dive-In! Get the job done and... done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I owned my own Construction Company for 5 years and am able to literally build you a house starting from just a piece of land; although that is getting more and more difficult here in California. Please read how I got started in this type of work for more depth into my training.
