I got stood up the first date, some kind of pers problem. I rescheduled. The gal was nice and seemed to work hard, yet I discovered after that she skipped places doing a poor job.

The should arrive on time and know how to clean a tile floor in a residence, not a commercial building. The cleaner was willing to take direction, but did not have the experience to clean professionally.

I contacted this company for regular cleaning of 2 short term rental properties. The first two cleans went well enough. Service started to get worse as time progressed. Cancelled appointments and difficulty getting ahold of anyone at the company that can help. (they have an answering service that always picks up even during business hours. They only are able to schedule cleans and relay messages). Phone calls are never returned.

I wasn't able to truly rate them. I needed a house cleaning this weekend and DJ overbooked his team. I was scheduled for a cleaning to start around ~8 - 10 am and at 7:55 a.m. I was told they were overbooked.
