- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. It is so important as a teacher to continually grow. I am always studying and developing. I am blessed to have incredible mentors to learn from. I also study with my wife, who is a leading wellbeing specialist and Ayurvedic student.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients come to me with goals, or something that is causing them pain or discomfort. We sit down together, and talk. I will listen and guide with questions, then we work towards a program to create change towards a better state, be it sports performance or simply being pain free, losing weight or gaining flexibility.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, be sure that they are fully certified for the role. Secondly, you have to be able to get along with them. Movement and lifestyle change should be challenging yes, but it should also be fun. If you're not enjoying it, then how will you find longevity in what you do. We want transformation of lifestyle and body/mind, not just someone shouting at us or telling us what to do...
