- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sliding scale pricing on a case-by-case basis, based on the project(s), the relationship with the client(s), the wants/needs of the client, and the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First to introduce myself and then get a thorough understanding of the scope of work. Next, I will usually send an estimate. Once, approved we can move forward with scheduling.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've have worked with both residential and commercial customers. I've worked with veterinary hospitals, dental offices, multi-unit housing, apartment buildings, single-family homes, realtors, property managers, etc.
