Karen is awesome! She's so knowledgeable and has the gift for sharing! Karen is great about individualizing workouts just for you! It's accessible and fun! I drive 75+ miles to have Karen be my trainer... She's inspiring!

I've known Karen for many years, but just recently as my personal trainer. She has helped me find my inner athlete..something I'd never had said 6 months ago!! Encouraging,professional, caring...these are just a few words to describe her. She CARES about her clients, and gives it her all.

I have worked with Karen on several occasions. One time training for a half marathon, other times for overall exercising. I am a 56 yr old female and currently working with her in a custom program. The thing that makes Karen stand out is she makes sure you are doing moves well and is always encouraging and you really have fun doing it. If your looking for someone who goes above and beyond you won't be disappointed. I know that sounds like such a cliché but really give her a call her enthusiasm is contagious.

FSA has changed my life. I went from a couch potato to an athlete. I've met physical goals I would have never believed I could reach. The FSA family is always so supportive and encouraging. I would recommend FSA to everyone, from beginners to pro's. All are welcomed on this team!

The Boot Camp classes are a blast! Fun, high energy, unique workouts with a ton of variety each night! My overall energy, strength and stamina have increased significantly, and I truly miss attending classes between sessions or when I'm out of town. FSA Rocks!
