Catered a 8 year old bday pool party for ~20 guests (more than enough food provided). 2 gentlemen showed up and setup quietly. Food ready to go on time and excellent service provided to guests. Hot weather in the 90's that day but both gentlemen continued to serve even in black uniforms. Horchata was freshly made that day and was a hit at the party! Highly recommended for future events.

My wedding was almost a disaster and Basic catering came through at the last minute. I couldn’t be more pleased. My original caterer had accidentally double booked the day (who does that???!!). I called Basic two days before my event. Danny got me a menu and a contract the same day and did a beautiful arrangement all for an affordable price. The food was high quality and excellent. Thanks again. I’d definitely use them again.

Phenomenal! The BEST Catering service ever! Basic Catering has provided us with the highest excellence of service. Food was no less than scrumptious. Caterers were a large part of how my daughter's 50th surprise party turned out to be the most unforgettable occasion.     Once we make contact with a customer, we first inquire about their budgetary needs, event size, and meal preferences. Once we have a understanding of the client's needs, we build a menu based on this information.
