Nemi did an excellent job on installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and venting the fan through the attic out a side wall. Bathroom was located on second floor of a two-story townhouse. Nemi was responsive, punctual and professional. The quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Nemi again. Another contractor had recommended that the exhaust vent exit the roof. I was concerned about this as I did not want to risk the integrity of the roof and possible leaks. In my opinion, this other contractor was not going to use proper flashing for the vent but rather, only use caulking to seal around the vent. Nemi did a more thorough examination of the attic and determined that we could vent out a side wall. The fan and vent work perfectly, as intended. Thank you Nemi!

We are doing a bathroom remodel and needed help relocating our floor air vent to the wall. Nemi responded very quickly and did a great job! He is very kind and friendly, also polite. He respected our home, wearing shoe covers. He even checked out our air filter to let us know it needed to be changed. it was a very hot day (over 90degree) he was sweating so bad we felt sorry for him. asked if it would be better to open the door but he said that the dust would fly around so he worked with no A/C 🥵. We are so glad we found a real good guy with a good heart to help people. Thank you Nemi!
