Nemi is great! I installed myself a 3-zone minisplit HVAC system in my house, that showed a "low refrigerant" error code. Nemi came and solved the problem in 5 seconds...a stop valve in the exterior condenser unit (1 of 6) that was not fully opened!! He ended up checking the pressure on all 3 zones, gave useful hints about using the remote control, then finished wrapping exposed exterior set lines with UV tape which he said would better protect them...all on his own volition. Nemi is experienced, honest, and empathetic to homeowners. He's worth a call!

Nemi did an excellent job on installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and venting the fan through the attic out a side wall. Bathroom was located on second floor of a two-story townhouse. Nemi was responsive, punctual and professional. The quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Nemi again. Another contractor had recommended that the exhaust vent exit the roof. I was concerned about this as I did not want to risk the integrity of the roof and possible leaks. In my opinion, this other contractor was not going to use proper flashing for the vent but rather, only use caulking to seal around the vent. Nemi did a more thorough examination of the attic and determined that we could vent out a side wall. The fan and vent work perfectly, as intended. Thank you Nemi!
