What a delight Nemi was. He came on short notice to assess my Midea window air conditioner, which smelled moldy. He efficiently disassembled, cleaned it with non-toxic materials, and reassembled it. His good cheer and thoughtfulness throughout were greatly appreciated.

During a recent heat wave, our air conditioning unit of only 1.5 years broke down on us. He was able to temporarily repair it while we awaited a new unit and moved his schedule around so that he could install it right away. His responsiveness and knowledge of the product was great, and he was pleasant to work with. We will definitely reach out should we have future cooling or heating issues.

Nemi is personable, professional, technical, and innovative performing his job. He cleaned/vacuumed my dryer vent and connected new dryer vent flex hose improving dryer’s air flow. I’ll hire him again, if/when this issues arises again.
