During a recent heat wave, our air conditioning unit of only 1.5 years broke down on us. He was able to temporarily repair it while we awaited a new unit and moved his schedule around so that he could install it right away. His responsiveness and knowledge of the product was great, and he was pleasant to work with. We will definitely reach out should we have future cooling or heating issues.

Nemi is the BEST! We are blessed to have found him and will be going back to him as long as possible.
