Nemi did an excellent job on installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and venting the fan through the attic out a side wall. Bathroom was located on second floor of a two-story townhouse. Nemi was responsive, punctual and professional. The quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Nemi again. Another contractor had recommended that the exhaust vent exit the roof. I was concerned about this as I did not want to risk the integrity of the roof and possible leaks. In my opinion, this other contractor was not going to use proper flashing for the vent but rather, only use caulking to seal around the vent. Nemi did a more thorough examination of the attic and determined that we could vent out a side wall. The fan and vent work perfectly, as intended. Thank you Nemi!

He went out to quite the service and fixed the issue on the spot for a reasonable price. He showed pictures of the issue and agreed to return if for any reason it he issue persisted. He basically fixed an issue left by previous mini-split instalker.
