During a recent heat wave, our air conditioning unit of only 1.5 years broke down on us. He was able to temporarily repair it while we awaited a new unit and moved his schedule around so that he could install it right away. His responsiveness and knowledge of the product was great, and he was pleasant to work with. We will definitely reach out should we have future cooling or heating issues.

Nemi did an excellent job on installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and venting the fan through the attic out a side wall. Bathroom was located on second floor of a two-story townhouse. Nemi was responsive, punctual and professional. The quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Nemi again. Another contractor had recommended that the exhaust vent exit the roof. I was concerned about this as I did not want to risk the integrity of the roof and possible leaks. In my opinion, this other contractor was not going to use proper flashing for the vent but rather, only use caulking to seal around the vent. Nemi did a more thorough examination of the attic and determined that we could vent out a side wall. The fan and vent work perfectly, as intended. Thank you Nemi!
