It was an absolute pleasure working with Hazel. I felt that we bonded immediately from our initial call. She has a calm and positive presence which was super helpful as a bride planning her wedding. She’s professional, very organized, and a great communicator. She understood my vision and created a beautiful mood board. She managed all vendor communications so that I could enjoy my wedding day, which was my number one (1) request. It was a perfect day! And I'm grateful to her for her essential part in leading all 33 guests from City Hall to the reception banquet hall. I highly recommend hiring Hazel as a reliable and competent coordinator/planner.

Hazel was AMAZING!! She recently decorated for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party in Marin County. I found her on Thumbtack and I sent an inspiration photo. After we spoke I knew I found a good match. Hazel executed flawlessly. While she listened well to our vision, she did not need to be managed at all and independently delivered an amazing party environment. She went above and beyond and even asked to visit the venue before the party. She was accessible to answer my questions and offer advice for things I was doing (ordering tablecloths, and chair type). And lastly, another bonus is Hazel reuses as most of the decorations so they don't go to waste! I 1000% recommend Hazel to make your party look amazing and give you zero stress.

We had an amazing evening, thanks to Hazel. Everything was just so beautiful and perfect. She went above and beyond in taking care of all the requirements, decor, the food, games, speaker, Polaroid camera and even taking professional pictures during the event. Her expertise lies in details, each and every detail of the event was taken care by her. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat for her professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and work quality. She is an artist and that very well reflected in her work, hand painted custom sign, very creative. Please go ahead and have the celebration of your dreams, with her help!   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I’d like to start off with a phone call to get a thorough idea on what you’re looking for. After our phone call, I send over a proposal with a mood board before sending invoice. Deposit is due to lock in date.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It all started with my daughter and I frequenting Target for party supplies to throw a lil celebration in our apartment. I mean for any reason too! We love to bake, put up balloons, and dance. It’s an amazing way for us to bond. For me finding a reason to celebrate is finding a reason to love life. Creating a fun experience is letting yourself play and not suppressing a good time. It’s all about connecting with our soul, feeling bliss, and allowing ourselves to laugh often. Healing through celebration and connection 🪩🥂 As an artist who is always creating something, it felt natural to tie my passion with celebrating and my love for making together so here we are. I offer party decorations and design events!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Mainly moms! Looking to host their friends or anniversary celebrations along with something for their kiddos (baby shower, birthday parties)
