Introduction: I have been grooming dogs for the last 8 years. I know all the AKC standard cuts but I mostly give haircuts to pets. My standards are very high since I use the dogs I groom as my advertisement. "Humanity over Vanity" is the motto I use in my shop. Most people are very busy, so as a groomer for their dogs, I try to provide the best haircuts and regular grooming to prevent extra cost and potential health issues to occur.

We have three dogs ranging from puppy to senior and we will only trust Vivian to groom them. She’s amazingly calm, quick, attentive, and super knowledgeable. Their haircuts not only suit their individual personalities, but she makes it easy for us to keep them looking good between appointments. Plus, we appreciate the extra care she takes to make sure her clients stay COVID safe in these challenging times. For these reasons and so many more, our dogs will forever be Pampered Pooches!

We had a very good experience with Vivian(sp?). She has experience with older dogs and was very conscientious about our dogs limitations. She did a very time-consuming strip grooming on our rough coat JRT and she did a beautiful job. Our old gal is usually stiff sore and exhausted after grooming but she was happy and energetic after seeing Vivian. We are so grateful to have found her!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know that I am NOT a Mobile Groomer, I am located in Walnut Creek. We offer "PLAYTIME" for small dogs less than 15 lbs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified AKC standard and update my training and education regularly.
