Introduction: Childbirth Prep Classes now held at "giggle" in Walnut Creek. I am a birth doula certified with DONA International and a Childbirth Educator certified with Lamaze. I thoroughly explain the changes your body will go through and what you can expect during pregnancy, birth and beyond. You will learn active relaxation, breathing strategies, pain management, alternatives to interventions, childbirth choices, comfort positions, and creating a birth plan.
