- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can view our current prices and packages on our website. In general, we have a half-day and a full-day wedding package that we use as a starting point for creating custom packages. Our portrait and event photography is generally based on an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We want to get to know you and what you're hoping for from our photography. Every client is different so we love open communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jenn & Shannon have both completed professional training in photography, but nothing beats the real life experience behind the lens and working with clients. We love learning and are always challenging ourselves to learn and try new things and make our photography better.
