My mom and I live in Walnut Creek and recently had our backyard remodeled by Bay Harbor Remodeling, and we honestly couldnt be happier with the experience.Shir was amazing throughout the entire process she helped us so much with the design ideas, planning, communication, and all the emails and coordination. She was always responsive, patient, and made everything feel organized and stress-free.Or did a great job overseeing and managing the project from start to finish. He made sure everything stayed on track, the crew was professional, and the quality of work came out beautiful.The whole team really cared about the details, and our backyard turned out even better than we imagined. we had an amazing experience with this company for our foundation retrofit in Concord.Before finding them, several contractors came out and gave us very high quotes and pushed for lifting the entire house, which felt unnecessary and overwhelming.Or came in, took the time to really assess the situation, and a much smarter and more appropriate solution for our home. He explained everything clearly and made us feel confident in the process.The entire project was done with proper permits, great communication, and high-quality workmanship. The team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout.Highly recommend if youre looking for an honest contractor who actually looks for the right solution

We experienced a major water leak that caused significant damage across several floors of our apartment building. We reached out to Bay Harbor Remodeling and Construction, and they responded the very same day. From start to finish, their remodeling and repair crew did an outstanding job.The project manager, Or, was excellenthe handled everything with honesty, showed up on time consistently, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. Some of the apartments were still occupied, which can make the process more challenging, but the crew was always respectful and made sure to clean up at the end of each day so residents were not inconvenienced.After many years in property management, this has been the best experience Ive had with a remodeling company for water damage and repairs. The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
