like any do-it-yourselfer sometimes we get ourselves in trouble due to lack of experience. This was the case when I tried to align and adjust my mothers front door. I only made it worse and unable to close the door. Or even close to closing. With no time to spare (raining and holiday) I contacted Knock Knock. They were there within 2 hours and the tech rep was 100% professional. Within 1 hour he had undid my mess and fixed the door leaving us in a much better place.
