We just bought our first home and weren’t happy with the existing floors, so we decided to replace all the carpet and hardwood with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring—about 2,200 sq/ft in total. Ray and his team not only met our timeline—they finished the entire house in just five days, exactly as promised! Their work was outstanding, and their attention to detail truly shows. We had Property Channel Flooring replace our old carpet with LVP. Ray has been very responsive throughout and easy to communicate. Edgar did a thorough job removing existing carpet and installing new floors. The pricing is fair and competitive too.

Good service. Fair price. Friendly and professional employees. We had a leak and floor damage in a small bathroom. In less than 3 days, they replaced the floor and the toilet and installed new tiles. It looks great. Ramiro, who handled our job, was hard-working and experienced.
