From the moment I spoke with their project manager, Ray, I felt confident we were in good hands. We were on a tight deadline and needed the entire job completed before the end of May. Ray and his team not only met our timeline—they finished the entire house in just five days, exactly as promised! Their work was outstanding, and their attention to detail truly shows. We had Property Channel Flooring replace our old carpet with LVP. Ray has been very responsive throughout and easy to communicate. Edgar did a thorough job removing existing carpet and installing new floors. The pricing is fair and competitive too.

I recently had my kitchen wood floor refinished by the Property Channel Flooring company and Im very pleased with the results. Ray, the owner, was attentive to my calls and made sure I had all the information I needed.I was pleasantly surprised when Ray stopped by personally while his employee was prepping for the job. He took the time to go over the refinishing process with me, which I really appreciated.The final outcome is beautiful, and Im very happy with the wood stain colorit suits my space perfectly.
