Peter Hulin

Introduction: I am a classically-trained musician, well schooled in music theory and technical knowledge of multiple instruments. Personally, I play the guitar, bass, upright bass, piano, drums, trumpet, tuba, and I dabble on a few others. I have played with numerous rock bands, school orchestras, school jazz bands, private jazz bands, and have written and recorded over 100 songs in the last 8 years. I have been playing music since I was 5 years old and I believe that instruction on any instrument should include a foundation of music theory and basic fundamentals to better help my students understand the instrument and music itself. I'm 23 years old and I live in the east Bay Area. I am willing to travel to you for lessons or to host. My hours are extremely flexible and my rates are negotiable depending on the depth of instruction, distance traveled, and length of the lessons. I look forward to helping you learn to play and understand the guitar or bass or general music theory, whatever your musical needs require.
