- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First-time clients receive 10% off their first visit! My rates are clear and up-front, based on the type of service; drop-in visits, dog walking, or overnight/house sitting. Extra services, like medications or multiple pets, may affect the price, but you’ll always know the total before booking. I also offer flexible options for recurring visits or longer stays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Message You send a request with your dates, number of pets, and care needs. I’ll confirm availability and answer any questions. 2. Meet & Greet For first-time clients, we do a quick meet-and-greet to go over routines, medications, keys, and emergency info. 3. Booking Confirmation Once details are finalized, I confirm the booking and schedule your visits. 4. During Care I follow your pet’s/homes routine closely and send an update after each visit, including photos when possible. 5. After Care I confirm when the final visit is complete and make sure your home and pet are settled.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a love for animals and i’ve had pets my whole life. I’ve had family and friends needed someone to pet sit or house sit, and I recently realized I would love to do that for other people too. Especially because I’m not working full time, I have extra time do things that I love. I also love being active, so walking and having a dog friend is literally the best thing ever. Or if you’re pet just needs a friend, i’m up for that too :).
