At Miller Attics our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the project, the level of contamination, and the materials required, and we provide clear written estimates before any work begins so there are no surprises, we never charge hidden fees, and we offer competitive rates along with occasional seasonal discounts for attic insulation, rodent proofing, and cleanup services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed inspection of the attic to identify insulation levels, entry points, rodent activity, and any areas needing restoration, then we walk you through our findings with photos and explain the best solutions in simple terms, once you approve the plan we schedule the service quickly and our team completes the work efficiently while keeping your home clean and protected, and after the job is done we provide before-and-after photos and a full walkthrough to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

Our technicians are professionally trained in insulation installation, rodent-proofing methods, attic sanitation, and building safety standards, we stay updated on the latest materials and techniques for energy efficiency, and we combine hands-on experience with certified training to ensure every project meets high quality and long-lasting results.
