Francisco was really responsive and accommodating. Not only did he show up early to discuss the project, he and his team were able to clean our front yard that had overgrown lawn, a tree and shrubs and bushes. He was very knowledgeable and sharing what his recommendations were for new sod and sprinklers. I recommend Francisco and his team and will be hiring him to put in new sod and garden! **update** Had Paco come back to re-do our front yard: new sod laid down, retaining wall with wooden boards, planted new trees/ plants and outline the border with mulch. House looks brand new! Thank you Paco!!

My experience with Francisco has been very positive. He is courteous and professional and goes the extra mile to do the job right. He installed new sprinklers adding them on to the old pvc pipes to cover more area on our lawn. He did a great job in every way. He does lawn maintenance and pruning and basic cleanup. His pricing is very reasonable.
