I will recommend Bellagio wine tours to anyone and everyone.! Their price was lower than other companies and we searched a lot and the service and limo was great. We had a BLAST during our time with Bellagio. First our driver showed up half an hour early and let us know he was there by calling us and then he went over all the details of the limo and our wine tour.. He was neat professionally attired and conducted himself with outmost courtesy and professionalism. Not to mention that he was very charming and accommodating and FANTASTIC. The limo was very nice and had all kinds of drinks and champagne and beautiful crystal glasses. Driver opened the bottle of champagne for us and we felt like rock stars. We were also able to play our own music through the limo’s Bluetooth sound system which everyone digged a lot. Air conditioning worked great. The ride was very plush and comfortable . our driver was a smooth operator. Our driver took us to many FANTASTIC wineries. He booked a cave tour and private tasting ahead of time and man that was an experience of a life time, everyone came out feeling refreshed and like born again. Our driver knew the wineries like the back of his hand and if we asked for a particular type of wine or place he would come up with a quick recommendation. He also knew all the best places to eat and we loved the food Don Giovanni’s. We had the most leisurely and fascinating day , everyone felt revived. No need to look further. We were pleased to have found a company that fulfilled our needs and more. Bellagio provided a Safe comfortable plush courteous accommodating knowledgeable service as we enjoyed a day in Napa and Sonoma!! WOW!!!

Let me start by saying I am not the kind of person that likes to write reviews, but after this experience, I had to let people know and share my experience. I was planning a trip to the wine country of Napa and Sonoma for my professional colleagues. I do not know anything about wine and the area so I had no idea what I was going to do. All I knew is that my professional high class doctors and lawyer colleagues liked red wine a good time and wanted to sightsee the Napa Sonoma valley. That is until a wine Guru friend of a friend told us to contact Michael at Bellagio Transportation and wine tours. Which I happily did. And boy was I glad that I did that. Michael was extremely helpful in providing all the information as far wine tour, lodging restaurants and he knew the wine country like the back of his hand. So I was very pleased with all the help and information and decided to book with them. Having had called many other limo service companies, I felt I eventually found that I could rely on for all my service needs. And the price he quoted me was better than anything I had gotten. And the highlight of the service of this company was that Michael arranged atrips that contained no disappointments whatsoever. I could not believe how he could accomplish all that based on the limited information I gave him. Every winery was an eye opener and great fun. We also were surprised by our private wine experience that was not open to the general public. And the restaurants that were arranged for us was the best lunch or dinner we have had in a long time. We all loved and enjoyed the seafood experience in Healdsburg.we all also very impressed by the knowledge and the professionalism of our driver and guides. And our limo all were fully stocked with all kinds of drinks and we loved the convenience of being able to play our own music through the limos’ Bluetooth sound system. Michael was absolutely phenomenal , he knew many of the winery personnel and we got extra attention as a result. Bellagio made our trip very memorable and we all plan to come back in a few months to explore even more of the same.

I arrange tours and excursions for Corporate clientele. We cater to many companies and corporations from around the world including Japan, Germany, France and the far east. Corporations who use our services are highly dependent on us to make sure that their executives and employees have the best time for their conventions and employee programs. We now use BellagioTransportation services for our San Francisco Bay area and Napa Sonoma wine tour excursions. I want to personally thank Bellagio for their level of professionalism and expeditious service and customer care that they have extended to my clientele understanding that they are many components that go into making a customer appreciation trip successful; from timely and comfortable limousine transportation to creating decadent itinerary that will surprise and please even the most demanding corporate executives and employees. I must say with great pleasure that Bellagio has made our program so much more successful and the feedback from our corporate clientele has been overwhelmingly positive, and the performance and the level commitment that has been extended by Bellagio has met and exceeded all my expectations.

Superb limo service!!! My relatives had used this company before but when I did a request on Thumbtack they gave the best quote and so we decided to go with them. We were impressed from moment one when the limo showed up at our front door. Beautiful fully detailed limousine , and a professionally and neatly dressed driver. We asked to go to the wineries in Napa and Sonoma and we were being very picky about the wineries and our driver exactly knew where we needed to go based on what our preferences and style. We truly had a blast thanks to our driver and the limo service. We drank wines like never before. And we loved the food at Bottega in Yountville as per our driver’s recommendation. Bellagio hit it right on nail. Great day of total pleasure Absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this company.
