I had a wonderful experience working with Elie and was very impressed by her professioanlism throughout the process. 1. Punctuality - she is extremely punctual, arriving exactly on time and even giving me a courtesy call shortly before her arrival. This made the wedding day start off smoothly and stress-free. 2. Attention to detail - her work on my hair and makeup was impeccable. She paid close attention to every detail, especially when working on my curls, ensuring everything looked perfect. Throughout the process, she was very considerate - checking to see if I needed to look on my phone, have a drink, or take a short break. 3. Flexibility and collaboration - On the wedding day, I requested a few changes from our original trial look, and she was more than happy to accommodate them. She kept me involved by showing me the progress along the way and checking in to make sure I was happy with the look 4. Communicative - what I truly appreciate about Elie was her clear and proactive communication in the days leading up to the wedding. Even though we had already discussed everything in person, she still followed up with text messages to confirm her arrival time and gently reminded me of the preparations-like washing my hair the night before. Those thoughtful reminders helped ease any last-minute stress and reassured me that everything was on track. Overall, I'm glad and satisfied that Elie became part of my wedding journey.
