FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My speaking services are based on the type of presentation and if it is keynote, 1/2 day - full day or conference breakout. I customize ALL of my presentations and they all focus on helping audience members to thrive. My coaching fees are generally based on a retainer basis and associated with the type of coaching the client is obtaining. e.g., Executive Coaching requires more coaching time, assessments, in person observation, and has a higher retainer fee than a person who is seeking career renewal. Former/returning clients are offered per session basis - new engagements will have a three month minimum and those generally range depending again on the nature and frequency of sessions for a month. Team coaching is normally a minimum of a six month engagement up to a year. All coaching is customized - I'm not a "coach off the shelf" - I'm a true professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a telephone conversation to ascertain the specific client goals and to determine if I'm the ideal professional to be working with them or presenting to their group. I'll ask this question prior to our conversation: Personal coaching - what will be different and improved for you at the end of your coaching engagement (specifics). Presentation - what do you want the audience attendees to do, be or have at the end of the presentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning is a way of being for me (and btw, my profession too!). I'm required to have CEU's for my coaching credentials and on a personal level, I seek out many educational pursuits to broaden my perspective and horizons for clients and self. My education includes Stanford University Executive HR Certification and I am a graduate of the most prestigious coaching institute - The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara.
