Welcome! Thanks for stopping by! I am so excited to work with you and create some beautiful images that you will treasure for a lifetime! A little bit about my style of photography... I am a lifestyle photographer and make it my goal to capture the connection between you and your loved ones, however that may be! We will start by getting that shot of everyone looking at the camera and from there, I love to do a lot of candid and documentary type shots so you will have a variety in your gallery. We could not recommend Kaitlyn enough! She was super accommodating with schedule changes when our little ones got sick and the weather was poor. She was also super knowledgeable about locations and willing to work with us to figure out what best suited our needs. I’m grateful for how patient she was during the shoot and found her to be so relatable as a mom herself. Highly recommend her for family photos!

My family and I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaitlyn for a special family photoshoot. From the moment we reached out to her, Kaitlyn was prompt, professional, and genuinely compassionate. She quickly understood the importance of this photoshoot for us, as we wanted to create beautiful memories with a family member going through a difficult health challenge. Kaitlyn offered two excellent package options, and we ultimately decided on the deluxe package to capture even more memories. She was incredibly flexible with our scheduling needs and suggested the perfect location for our shoot - Mount Diablo. This picturesque setting provided a serene and isolated environment that was also dog-friendly, which was crucial to us as our four furry family members were an integral part of the shoot. On the day of the photoshoot, Kaitlyn's expertise and warm personality shone through. She effortlessly engaged with each family member, including the dogs, and made everyone feel at ease. Her ability to capture natural and candid moments was truly remarkable. She asked us funny and thought-provoking questions to elicit genuine reactions and create beautiful, intimate shots. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. She demonstrated incredible patience and skill in wrangling our large group of 8 people and 4 dogs, ensuring that everyone had their moment to shine in the photographs. Her attention to detail and commitment to capturing the essence of our family bond was evident throughout the shoot. Though we have not yet received the final images, we eagerly look forward to seeing the fruits of Kaitlyn's hard work and dedication. Would HIGHLY recommend Kaitlyn! She shot my maternity photos for our second. We had some scheduling challenges with weather and she was fantastic at accommodating. Our two year old toddler was also not familiar with taking photos and Kaitlyn was able to get her comfortable and capture awesome shots of her individually and with us. Couldn't be happier with our photos.

I'm glad that I had a chance to work with Kaitlyn. Really I had an opportunity to work with multiple photographers already and very impressed by the quality of her work. She guided me through the process and helped me to find a look that's natural to me and fits me well. The pictures turned out much better than I expected. I'm very happy with the results! P.S. So surprised when showed up 40 min before the photo session and Kaitlyn was already there making sure we have everything ready for the photoshoot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting new clients is such a joy and fun process. I love to laugh and have fun, so don't be surprised if I crack corny jokes or say silly things to get you to smile or laugh:) I also will ask you lots of questions about yourself/kids, basically whomever will be at the session with us. I want to make sure you are prepared to the fullest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education has come from experience. I bought my first camera over seven years ago because I wanted to document my first daughters every move. I fell in love rather quickly with everything about photography and dove head first into learning as much as I could about lighting, composition and photoshop. It has been a journey that has been so rewarding and I am so thankful to be where I am today.
