Whenever I have an issue within my property Javier with maintenance at SPM is always there to assist me. After I request and a submit the work order he's always responsive, communicative, works within my scheldule/availability, and always does the job right. And does it with a happy/friendly spirit even explaining the issue and repair in a way I can understand. I highly recommend SPM and their team for your housing needs.

We experienced a badly leaking (gushing) faucet at our rental house on a Friday afternoon. Josh B of the maintenance team called at 8 AM Monday and arrived at 9 AM. He completed the repair by 9:30, cleaned up the area and left. My wife and appreciate the work he did. He's welcome back anytime.
