We reached out to Jonathan for an estimate for water mitigation and he responed right away and was able to come out the very next day. Although we ended up going with a differnet company because they would be able to consolidate all of the work including water mitigation, restoration and installing a French drain, Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, kept us updated on his arrival time, and was very responsive. I also liked that he would have been able to keep the demolition to a minimum, unlike other companies we‘ve worked with in the past who tore up way more than needed and just left a mess for someone else to restore. It’s no wonder that he has high ratings since they are well-deserved.

I called for an estimate and Jonathon Garcia returned my call and set up an appointment for the following day. Jonathon phoned me at the beginning of the two hour window to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived and put on shoe coverings before entering my home. After assessing the water and mold damage, he was very thorough in his explanation of the work that needs to be done and gave me what I believe was a very good quote of the cost Jonathon was very professional and friendly during his visit. I will be calling him when my funding is complete. Garcia Restoration & Cleaning is highly recommended by this household.
