- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable and competitive. No hidden fees or costs. We are highly skilled professionals and provide a professional service. Express Computer Repair Service: (1) This service provided via Remote Connection (High-Speed Internet Connection Required). (2) A Field Appointment, we come to your location. We offer a flat fee option which covers up to one hour of labor for all: Computers/Laptops repairs (Including, but not limited to;) -You tell us what's wrong and we fix it, usually within an hour or less. Diagnostics, Repairs, upgrades, Virus removal, Adware removal, Malware removal, System won't boot up, Blue screen, Black screen BSOD (Blue screen of death) Software and hardware issues resolved, Performance check and testing, System cleaned up, System enhancements, Troubleshooting, Networking issues, Recommendations and related matters provided We offer a Thumbtack Discounted Rate. (TTDR) 30-day Written Warranty on all Services Performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone, email, and or arrange an in-person meeting and discuss any details we need. For many computer repair issues, they can be resolved efficiently via our Remote Session Technical Support (High-Speed Internet Connection Required). In fact, we've learned over 75% of computer related problems get fixed via our remote session service. When we make an appointment, we arrive on time and greet you. We are responsive and courteous to your needs. If we are working on a piece of your equipment, we meticulously document the make, model, serial number, condition, and all items with the equipment. Such as the power cord, its model number, the mouse, etc. We document your issues and concerns, and we address them, as well as make recommendations to you. We provide you a written estimate and complete documentation of all service notes and progress. We're licensed, insured, bonded, and registered with the State of California, Bureau of Electronic Repair and want you to feel comfortable with us handling your technology, computer repair, and any of your technology needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay current and up to date with the latest information technology, virus protection, and threats. We continuously study new technologies throughout the year with ongoing training from our partners and other resources. We require all of the staff to attend continuing training. Our key partners are Google Partner, Microsoft Partner, Symantec (Norton) Partner, TeamViewer Partner, and Intel Technology Partner.
