- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fees are some of the most competitive in the industry. We can consistently offer discounts for multiple services booked at the same time. Additionally, our business owner is also often onsite as a technician ensuring that you receive a competitive price and a quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know our customers’ time is valuable and as such we try to expedite and make the process of estimation as transparent and efficient as possible so that our clients can make an informed decision. At the time the customer reaches out for our services, we will collect the details of the service request, identify any further needs, and provide the estimate that same day. Upon price approval, we move forward with scheduling at a date and time that works with the customer and our company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 22 years in the industry in both the commercial and residential sectors with training in safety and aerial platform training.
