Milo is the best electrical contractor I've worked with. I have an old rental property with some challenging integrations and five other electricians said "no thanks" or stopped responding to me once they heard the details (including Mr Poppy, two connections from colleagues, and my GC's electrician). Milo responded to all my questions immediately, made immediate progress with initial trouble-shooting, and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot for a project that I thought would be far more complicated. Milo came up with a clever solution to route new wires in a way that minimized demolition and construction costs. Each visit Milo showed up on time and all work was completed on budget and in less time than anticipated. I almost wish I had more electrical projects for him. : )
