Introduction: I teach BKS Iyengar-style yoga, all levels. I am a certified instructor, having undergone a 200-hour training with Yoga Alliance. I teach every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:15-11:45 a.m., in Walnut Creek, CA.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do. I am very much a hands-on person. My students are my top priority always. They love my humour, encouragement and all the benefits of good health they enjoy.
I also have a special class for students with MS and Parkinson disease which I teach on Saturdays, 10:30-11:45 a.m. at the John Muir Medical Centre, Concord, CA.
New students are welcome always.
