Alex is AMAZING! His communication is outstanding. Gives you a nice window, keeps you informed of expected arrival, arrives on time and ready with his tools and supplies to get the job done!! He repaired my washer so quickly and had all the parts to do so! Then he serviced my dryer and checked on my stove. He does repairs AND maintenance services!!! My appliances have never run better! My only regret was not booking him to do a maintenance on my refrigerator!! (But it is next). I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Alex! He’s my new go to appliance man!! Alex is highly skilled and very easy to work with. We wanted our gasket replaced since it was old and had mold no matter how much we tried to clean it. Alex ordered the part to arrive the next day, was flexible with our schedule, and was very quick to complete the job.
