Alex is AMAZING! His communication is outstanding. Gives you a nice window, keeps you informed of expected arrival, arrives on time and ready with his tools and supplies to get the job done!! He repaired my washer so quickly and had all the parts to do so! Then he serviced my dryer and checked on my stove. He does repairs AND maintenance services!!! My appliances have never run better! My only regret was not booking him to do a maintenance on my refrigerator!! (But it is next). I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Alex! He’s my new go to appliance man!! Great company! The service technician, Alex responded promptly with the initial contact, site visit and actual repair date. He kept me informed of the status of the parts order. The work was professional and he left the work area as clean as he found it. Best of all, their cost to do the on-site estimate and the work itself was almost 40% less than other companies. It made repairing a 12-year old refrigerator worth it.
