He is not licensed and also does not have enough experience to do any framer job you can hire him as worker and give him instruction what to do and check on him make sure he follow it

Thank you for your review. I wasn't going to respond, but I feel it's important for people to know that you don’t like to pay fairly and often switch things around daily. You also tend to ask for a lot of work while offering little compensation.
