We've previously hired Mel with Scribe Tech to fix our copier, because it had an error code. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accuratley. I have since used his service on many occasions and have come to appreciate his honesty and reliability. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing copier and printer repair. We are a small printing company. We have 3 large commercial Konica Minolta color and B&W copiers. I know that he also trained on Xerox, Cannon, Ricoh's and other brands, but my experience is limited to Konica Minoltas. They are off lease and we now use Scribe Tech exclusively for all our tech and repair needs. He is prompt and courteous and ALWAYS professional and polite. He is factory trained, Oh, and his prices are VERY competitive. We put out a LOT of work. Yes, with 3 copiers they require a LOT of maintenance and he is more than up to the task. I have zero reservations about giving Mel and Scribe Tech my highest recommendation. Thanks Mel!Aug 24, 2017
I was told the tech would diagnose the problem. He did. However, I was told he would also tell me of any other potential problems. Unfortunately, I was not present when he finished the job. I apologize for any misunderstanding. We are a copier and printer repair company not an IT company. The issue that your copier had was an error code that told us to replace a fan and would not allow your copier to even function. Due to your machine being down, I went out of my way to pick up the part and return to fix your machine within a couple of hours. I also clean and adjusted your machine that is very old. Your office manager and staff we're extremely grateful and happy that the machine was working and our with our service. Regarding your IT software issue I recommended a reputable IT company that could help you with that. I don't understand why you feel this way but would like for you to call me so that we can earn your business again. Thank you.
