We thought the process of getting a quote by sending pictures worked well. And, we got helpful options e.g. us or them packing. On move day, our 2-man move team arrived at 9:30am, which was a welcome 30 minutes early. Throughout the day we were continually updated by them and their back office with ETAs via email and texts. This was really helpful. Our move team lead Mike was great. Extremely helpful, capable and calm which helped calm my hectic day. Every time I asked for extra help (e.g. I needed help getting curtain rods and a heavy articulating TV wall mount down) Mike was ready to help. He even helped me move fragile items I was transporting to my car. This was a godsend to me. They arrived at the destination at 4pm and our movers never slowed down even after a long day. When Mike could have called it a day (I was whooped by 8pm) he said "Do you mind if I unload this wardrobe box". He clearly wanted us to be happy and was willing to go the extra mile. For this move we packed most of the items to save some money and this seemed to work well. But, they packed e.g. the wardrobe boxes and carefully wrapped the bureaus and TV. On the other end Mike reconnected the TV to make sure it still worked. We plan to use them again for a bigger move and there we will have them do the packing.

Mike and Shaw were great the storage company we had our belongings in gave Mike and Shaw a hard time, and did not care that they had 3 separate storage units to gather all of our belongings from Mike and Shaw did a great job dealing wit that, but because of the storage facility they were delayed which was not a big deal for us. These two guys worked their butts off, it took them from 10:00am until 03:00am the next morning to get all of our belongs packed into their truck, which I did not mind since I still had to drive over 800 miles to get to our new cabin. The guys were then delayed by strong winds on there way up the freeway was shut down for 11 hours, at that point I told them to please stop and get some rest. Things did not go smoothly for them but I was not in a hurry and they understood. After everything that went wrong for them they got to our cabin. Nothing was damaged, they immediately got to work unloading our stuff from the truck and they did not stop until they were finished, I believe they left around 8:30 or 9 that night. The price never changed, their attitudes were amazing and I know they had to have been dead dog tired but everything worked out. I absolutely would recommend this company and these two guys to anyone in my family, my friends, or acquaintances. These guys were professiona,l nice, funny and just Pleasant to be around I could not have asked or planned for things to go any better than they did but everything worked out in the end. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Shaw for doing the job they did and going through everything they did. If you need to be moved, this is the company you want to go with. A 1,000 thanks to Mike and Shaw.

This was the best experience with movers I've had. Super communicative, and they really want you to have a stress free moving experience. I moved my very cluttered one bedroom to a 2 bedroom. I was blown away by these guys. Thank you!!
