William was the epitome of professionalism. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. Great communications skills extremely punctual. Worth every penny to hire him to serve your legal documents. He made the process very simple and very smooth with uploading the documents that needed to be served. The user interface he uses to record all activity with your job is top knotch. Don't be fooled by what are slightly lower prices with other servers... You get what you pay for and more with William. He takes his job seriosly and really asks you the questions that need to be asked in order to get the job done. In addition to having the highest level of professionalism and experience he is a great individual and takes pride in providing what clients need.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The prices are on the website for various types of services which are different in every case. As our firm does initial consultation then the prices are adjusted or we make a package deal accordingly. We always assist those in the process because it is case-by-case.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our process for each case is we place our case(s) in a Case Management Application (Serve Manager) and most of the work and communication is done via electronically, text messaging, Whats App, and any other means that fits the client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our training comes from training from CALSPRO, NAPPS, and my prior law enforcement background in investigations. I read and write in Spanish.
