Hello, my name is William and I have managed many cases and in many formats. We operate all the time to make sure the customer is satisfied with the final product. We offer surveillance, follow ups, and services include body cam. We do offer Spanish-speaking services. A case management is used to keep the client aware of the case status 24 hours a day. My Investigative Service is by far the best company to go with for those tough to handle cases. I tasked them with serving an individual that has a history of evasion, aggression, and intimidation. With a little research, the team was able to find and serve the individual in quick timing. These guys are the real deal, they are professional and are equipped with body cams which is a great plus for these tough situations. I hope to never find the need but will always return here for service.

I can not thank Mr. William Sera enough. He rescued me from a revolving door of repeat case filings and hiring agencies but getting no where. I live hours away from where services is taking place. That alone made things complicated. Intimidation was effective and 3 different agencies refused to complete service. The frustration, the fees and the uncertainty was overwhelming. Mr. Williams did not hesitate accepting my case and gave me a guarantee of service. And it was done smooth, quick and easy without any incident. Made my life instantly BETTER.... He also explained a lot of things that other server's did not. I didn't have go through all of this. Mr. Williams not only accomplished the job with excellence he performed some advocacy. Took the time to make sure I understood the process. What options I would have, what I was responsible for and what I'm not responsible for. Full inclusive service and highly recommended for his professionalism. Mr. Williams didn't just apply the phrase "client". I was taken back by how his sense of responsibility to me. Step by step communications keeping me informed as he continued to walk me through like baby steps. Before calling it a slam dunk he was diligent with all the paperwork. The day Mr. Williams accepted my case- 3 agencies had failed and my packets of documents had gone through 3 more potential server's. Mr. Williams actually retrieved my documents from a potential server who refused the job after he had my documents. That's a total of 7 different agencies I went through to complete this ONE service. But no one else ever reviewed my documents. In other words I could have gone through all of that and had still not successfully served if my documents weren't correct. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT WHEN THE NEED ARISES FOR THE TYPE OF SERVICES MR. WILLIAMS PROVIDES????? Service the courts accepts is TRUE services......

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are on the website for various types of services which are different in every case. As our firm does initial consultation then the prices are adjusted or we make a package deal accordingly. We always assist those in the process because it is case-by-case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for each case is we place our case(s) in a Case Management Application (Serve Manager) and most of the work and communication is done via electronically, text messaging, Whats App, and any other means that fits the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from training from CALSPRO, NAPPS, and my prior law enforcement background in investigations. I read and write in Spanish.
