- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Our pricing is transparent and clearly outlined from the beginning of the project. We do not intentionally start with a low number to secure a project and then add unexpected costs later. • We provide detailed progress payment schedules based on completed work and materials delivered to the job site. • Any additional work or changes requested outside of the original contract scope are discussed and approved before work is performed, so there are no surprises at the end of the project. • We focus on quality materials, experienced in-house crews, and long-term value rather than cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, goals, budget, and project needs. • Our team then visits the property to evaluate the space, elevations, access, layout, and overall feasibility of the project. • Once we understand the scope, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the work, materials, and pricing. • After moving forward, we guide clients through material selections, layouts, finishes, and design details to ensure the project fits both their style and functional needs. • We have a strong system in place with experienced onsite crew leaders, project managers, and office support to help each project run smoothly from start to finish. • Throughout construction, we prioritize communication, scheduling, cleanliness, and quality control to make the process as seamless as possible for our clients.
