- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and level of customization. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing or surprise fees. Every project is quoted clearly after reviewing the space and understanding your goals. If there are options to adjust the scope or materials to fit your budget, we’ll always discuss them upfront. No hidden fees — just honest pricing and quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a design meeting, where we review the space and explore different styles, layouts, and options together. We take the time to understand the customer’s vision and refine the design until we reach a result they’re happy with. Once the design direction is finalized and samples are reviewed and approved, we provide a detailed quote based on the agreed scope, materials, and finishes. From there, we move forward with scheduling and execution, keeping communication clear throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from many years of hands-on experience in cabinetry, woodworking, and stone work. We’ve worked directly with custom cabinets, finishes, and materials, which gives us a strong practical understanding of how kitchens are built and installed properly. This experience allows us to focus on quality, precision, and long-lasting results in every project.
