Introduction: The first step is to examine a patient's injury. It's then my job to determine what needs to be done, and then implement a treatment plan that is very effective and provides relief. I do everything, from deep tissue massage to low-load prolonged stretching, mobilizations, and implementing exercise plans that can help in recovery and prevent injuries in the future.
I have my own treatment table as well, so I'm able to travel to a location or have a patient travel to me. I'm very confident that I'll be able to help with any injury you may be dealing with, so feel free to contact me!

Would give 10 stars if I could. I've gone to see Jonny for multiple injuries. (Shoulder, Chest and Hip Flexor) He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem every time. He's professional, personable and will help get your function back in no time!

Jonny is a life saver! The lumbar area of my back was spasming for days which limited me to minimal movement. Getting out of bed was painful with all of the pain and tightness. Jonny managed to reduce all of the discomfort in just 2 sessions which changed my life. I highly recommend him.
