- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DJ & Photo Booth pricing can be very tricky, with so many over night companies its hard to find a company you can trust, not to mention why there is such a price difference. At infinite Entertainment charges a fair but competetive price for our services. In some cases we may price match but we feel for the most part our prices are comparable to DJ & Photo Booth companies of our caliaber and not a inexperienced, fly by the night DJ or Company that is here today and gone tomorrow. Not to mention we carry the appropriate licenses and insurance unlike many of these inexperienced companies who charge half the price and are responsible for giving our industry a bad rep in some cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st Free Consultation to go over event details (30-45 mins) * Infinite Entertainment pencils in event date & time for 7 days * * Client leaves consultation with an event planning packet * 2nd Follow Appointment Two - Three months prior to the event to see what & where our profesional staff can help with clients events. (30-60 mins) 3rd One month prior to your event date we get together and go over ALL your event details, this includes time schedule, music and vendors that we will be working with to execute this event. (30 - 90 mins depending how preppared cients are) 4th Infinite Entertainment arrives rested and refreshed ready to make your event a total success.
