- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on what the customer needs, whether it is a standard or deep clean, whether they want to have the inside of the stove cleaned, or baseboards wiped down, or windows cleaned, our management staff will give the customer possibilities tailored for their clean
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our management team contact the customer they will go over all of their cleaning needs and respect their choices on whether they want a standard or deep cleaning, our dedicated management staff will put the customer on the schedule and the cleaning team will be there to allow our new customer to feel the difference of clean!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning for 15 years, and have been trained in floor care maintenance, even carpet cleaning.
