Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and complexity of the job. At Tru Innovations Plumbing, we focus on providing quality workmanship and lasting value. We explain the recommended work and associated costs so customers can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and learning about your project. We assess the plumbing, explain the available solutions, and review the scope and pricing with you. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you informed, and check that everything is working properly before completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed four years of training at ABC SoCal Trade School in Anaheim and hold OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. With 13 years of hands-on plumbing experience, I have worked extensively in commercial and residential plumbing, new construction, remodeling, and service. This combination of formal training and practical expertise enables me to accurately diagnose issues and deliver high-quality installations and repairs.
