Glenn and Beyond the Shore Catering did a fabulous job helping me put together a menu and handling all the details for the food at my husbands 50th Birthday cocktail party in August. The guests were very impressed with the food and hospitality that Glenn provided to our guests. I would highly recommend him!

Glenn helped develop an amazing menu for catering our office baby shower. The set up and display of food for our small venue was impeccable and his punctuality was perfect for our short lunch hour. The food was AMAZING and we have ordered our lunches to be delivered for our office meetings many times over and we are never disappointed!!

Glenn has catered for me many many times, and he has always come through! Everyone loves his food, and he often shares a fun story with us about how he came to decide on the menu. He's punctual, displays the food attractively, and also cleans up nicely when he's done. I recommend him 100%.

Beyond The Shore Catering is absolutely awesome! We use them for all our business catering needs from setup to takedown. Great tasting food - Glen comes up with some wonderful dishes that you will just love!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My wife let me know that it was my calling to cook, not wearing a suit and tie.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    BBQ, Mexican, Italian , and Hawaiian. We do mostly buffet service.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That I love to provide the perfect meal for the event and will create dishes off menu for this.
